 Projects and Licensing
From here on, 'Biz-e Music Limited' will now be referred to as 'The company'.
Typically our licensing options are as follows:
Non-exclusive license
Music is licensed for use under terms and conditions of a contract that is project-specific to your project requirements. Non-exclusive licenses offer any number of clients at any given time for any given duration use of this music under contract suiting their project requirements, non -exclusively. All rights and control of the music remains with The company throughout.
Exclusive License
Same as above but this type of license, when purchased, offers the client exclusive and ‘sole’ use of a piece of music under a project-specific contract. Again, all rights and control of the music remains with The company throughout.
Exclusive Buyout
Music purchased as an ‘exclusive buyout’ results in the client taking full control of the piece of music. When the full specified payment is made, all rights and control of the piece of music are transferred to the client. No rights are maintained by The company in this circumstance. A contract is issued where by these terms are agreed upon by all parties concerned.
So cutting out the schpiel, in basic terms you can:
- Borrow my music under contract - at the same time as any number of other clients…
- Borrow my music under contract - and have its use all to yourself…
- Buy my music for whatever purposes you want. Simply does it!
